Trailers need an option to lock securely to the hitch
Vickie FWe returned the U-Haul to the correct location we were told to return to, we were told we had up to two days to return, however the same day we rented it we moved what needed to be moved and then returned the U-Haul trailer to the location meaning we only used the U-Haul for 5-6 hours. Today my card was charged $112 extra dollars for returning the U-Haul late? These people are extremely unorganized and costed me money I didn’t have

john rNo one was there. Turned trailer in due to a medical emergency of my 2 year old son that prevented us from continuing our travel and was charged an extra $1200, I wanted to get the trailer back into production not buy it. Have only used U-HAUL in the past but never again!

Kenneth RI used the "self return" option so did not talk with anyone. No reflection on the staff as I arrived over two hours after they clossed. I did call to tell them that I would be dropping the rental off aftre they closed. The staff was helpful and told me right where to leave the trailer. The online checkin/equipment return process was smooth and easy to follow.

DUKE MNo one around even a half hour after opening. We had to call U-Haul to get in touch with anyone. Phone number for facility didn’t work. Lady finally showed up 45 minutes late and proceeded to tell us in a nasty tone that she was busy doing her own stuff
