An easy smooth experience from the owner. He explained in detail to make sure everything went smoothly going & returning, as well as the safety precautions also! This will be my number 1 U-Haul rental place for now on & I will recommend my friends as well !!!

U-haul may be one of the few bargains left in service industries. Both locations were friendly, efficient and curteous, and the equipment was trouble free and clean.

Truck did not have a full tank of gas as I was told … got text message late afternoon before pick up that pick up location was changed !! I was not happy with that and had to have several conversations with store owner regarding location and time that truck would be available !

My dropoff location was changed by uhaul from Fortress in Aiken SC, a great storage/rental facility, to a rundown facility on thr edge of Aiken SC .After multiple calls wherein I had to leave messages with no return calls, i was required to use the app as no one was at the facility and dropped the trailer. As a 74 yr old woman, I was grateful to have a strong man with me or I would not have been able to uncouple the trailer and drop it. Very poor service. Not a good representation of uhaul. Why couldn't I return to Fortress, a clean, manned, helpful place?? Bev Piraino

There was no one there, no sign of any workers in the area. I did the truck turn in process, and left the keys, but no one was around. Thankfully I had no problem about the truck, except very low mpg avg, that was horrible. Lots of money for gas going cross country.

Employee in the little reception shed was smoking pot and wouldn’t come out of his “office”. Smell was obvious. Yelled at me thru the window to just call the number on the paper in the window. I u hooked the trailer myself and left.

As stated above three other Uhaul locations nearest to us refuse to help us returning the rentals...the Truck, the trolley and my buddies trailer... thankfully the above location did and was happy to take us....We will do business with him in the future..

They had several trailer options. The trailer was in good condition, however I won’t be renting from uhaul ever again. It was not explained to me that I would be charged $50 additional because I picked up the trailer an hour early. If the cost was going to be more than the quote, they should have to explain that. He did not say a word to me about it. Imagine my surprise when the charge came thru. That is poor on your behalf. And while I understand I signed for it, and I should have read what I was signing, not saying anything about the price difference is shady business. I know uhaul is convenient however, for $50 you just lost a customer. And I’ll also let my social family know of the poor practice!

20’ truck had a gas leak. I called the owner of the location and he was able to locate a replacement nearby. He even locked up his store and drove me to pick up the truck. Very pleased with his focus on good Customer Service!

this was the first GREAT uhaul experience i've had. Operator was extremely friendly, easy to chat with, setup everything for me and was genuinely a nice person to deal with. I skipped other locations in town because of mediocre experiences with them and gave this one a try. will go back here every time i need one. I drove 25miles to this location for that reason.

My credit card got charged over the amount because when I dropped it off they never checked it in. Also they refunded and then took it back the next day and said there was nothing else to be done but dispute it with my bank.

I am expecting a refund. My truck was changed a much farther pick up location than I booked. I was noticed via cell phone call from the owner of the new location. I was told I could drop the truck off at the whiskey road booking location then charged 418 dollars for wrong drop off. I talked to the Gm and was told I would get a refund. I have not received the refund but was charged yesterday an additional 68 dollars on top of the 418. If this is not straightened out I will never book a U-Haul again.

The people who work there are very helpful and responsive. I appreciated their assistance. Also customer service was very helpful with adjusting my rental time, due to the fact I couldn't find my hitch ball for my truck and had to go buy another one. Yes I would reccomend

The person at this location was absolutely good for nothing!!! He was asleep when I arrived and knocked on the door and he was unwilling to help ! He sent me up the road to a gas station drop of who was also unwilling to help!! Between me and my spouse we reached out to customer service several times for the past two days!!! When I say I will never use uhal again I will Never use U-Haul again! No one wants to help in the Aiken sC area and they are literally everywhere!!!! All I needed was to return my equipment and remove my vehicle and no one a wanted to help!!! Aka do their job!!! I paid of 500 for my equipment just to be treated so poorly to drop off the equipment!!! The Chattanooga location was absolutely amazing don’t get me wrong but other than that screwwww you U-Haul !

Had trouble with the hook up because the area was unpacked. The jack had sunk into the mud. Also, I had to crawl around in the mud to connect the vehicle safety chains. We could have moved the trailer to a small paved area for vehicle loading but the owner did not want to do that.

The hours listed with U-Haul are not the hours of the location. The location is a church without a U-Haul office. The gentlemen did not understand my concerns. I ultimately had to send a email to U-Haul.

No one was there to assist me during their posted bussiness hours. Had to drop off trailer in the back of their run down shop. Grass was up to my knee. Was very scared I would step on a snake while disconnecting the trailer in the overgrown jungle. The road was muddy and had numerous pot holes. Also this place looked very "sketchy". Known drug area
