Upon arrival, we learned that the 15' truck we had reserved was not available for a one way rental. They offered us a 20' truck instead at no additional cost. We then learned that they did not have the two dolly's requested (regular and appliance). This was a Saturday morning and we needed to move within a few hours. We would not recommend this uhaul location. We had to take time to call around to see if there were any rentals available. First, we called Lowes. They do not have a tool rental department. Then, we called Home Depot. We drove several miles to pick up both dolly's. This ended up costing us an additional $58.85. Once we finished with our loading / unloading, we had to drive back up to the area were previously living in (32 minutes away) just to redeliver the dolly's back to this exact Home Depot as they would not allow us to deliver to the Home Depot in our new location. I did call customer service and they offered us a $50 credit for the inconvenience of everything. The representative stated that she could not do anything further and Jason would need to call back to file an escalated complaint to receive further compensation. I'm not sure who dropped the ball here (uhaul or your authorized dealer), but this put a huge wrench into what was already a very stressful day. When someone rents equipment from you, everything should be pre-verified in stock before the rentee shows up to pick up the reserved equipment. Uhaul should refund us for this experience.

MARIELA EMini mover had a lot of food crumbs in the cup holders dash. Candy wrappers and an old water bottle were also on the floor. Truck down shifted pretty hard right before it stopped. Overall the truck did what is was intended too. I notified the drop off location about the above mentioned and he said he would clean it out and not charge me for being dirty.

LUIS JWell first off the truck wasn't at the U-Haul location where I was told it was 2 days prior then I get to this location ans they didn't have blankets so I had to go to another place to get it. I think I should be compensated for that. Then I get in the truck and it's dirty and smells like someone just smoked pot in it. Then I get on the expressway and it shakes and vibrated for 800 miles so that means the tires were not balanced or aligned and that's funny because I picked it up from the U-Haul tire shop.
