I couldn't use the truck due to bad brakes. Waited hours and spent money on movers that I couldn't use in the end. Was charged for truck and extra miles that i never used.kirsten S.

Self-drop off, which I despise and am unable to do myself. I had to take someone else with me specifically for this purpose. Not overly impressed with a dirt, smattering of gravel lot, but that's just me. Separately: And why was I charged a separate fee of $40? It was returned on time. Sorry if this was the wrong place to ask, it has nothing to do with the drop-off location.Tom M.

We were given a truck with a dead batteryâ€¦..road side assistance had to come and replace but it was 10 hours laterâ€¦.service tech was great, but it could have really messed up our schedule. The truck was clean.JEAN MARIE D.

I ALWAYS BELIEVE U-HAUL WAS A UPSTANDING COMPANY. AFTER THIS LAST RENTAL, IT HAS BECOME THE WORST. MY ORDER WAS CHANGED, THE SERVICE REPAIR NEVER SHOWED, THE AMOUNT PENDING IS MORE THAN THE THE CHARGES. I SHOULD BE REIMBURSED FOR ALL CHARGES. IM STILL TRYING TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO NO AVAIL..I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THREE RIVERS U HAUL AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED I COULD HAVE MOVE MY BELONGINS WITH A HORSE AND BUGGY AND HAD MUCH BETTER RESULTS.Cynthia B.

I had a reservation in Kalamazoo and got a call the day of that my truck wasn't available. The only option they gave me was this location in Three Rivers, which is not a proper U-HAUL location so I apparently wasn't able to return it anywhere else. After that I had a very frustrating experience with the self checkout app. That was the worst part. Very rough app. The truck was great, the check out process is great (the execution of that is bad), and the location office was fine minus the physical location and limited hours.Anthony P.

There was very little gas when I picked up the truck. I left more gas in the truck than when I got it but you charged me $12 for a fuel fee. Not right.Brenton H.

The truck was clean. However, less than an hour on the road, the tire warning light came on and a message on the screen said "Service Tire Monitor System". After some panic and communication with a friend who happens to work on large truck diagnostics, we made it to his house a couple of hours away. U-Haul Roadside Assistance came out (a very lovely gentleman) and said the tires were fine but the tire monitoring system needed to be repaired. He said we could safely drive the rest of our way (another 10 hours of driving).SARA R.

We have rented trailers from Three Rivers, MI U-Haul several times in the last year to aid us in developing our new property in Jones. Each and every time, we get outstanding service. Not only are the trailers clean and in great condition, but the pick-up & drop-off procedures are fast and efficient. I rented an appliance dolly and furniture pads. Neither were in the truck, and the location is unmanned on weekends. Spent half an hour waiting on the phone to tell someone, and request a refund for those items. Was told I would have to call back after I returned the truck. After I returned the truck, the drop off location called me wondering where the dolly and pads were, after it was noted in my rental that I did not get these items. Overall, this was a big stupid hassle.Charles T.

The truck had a really bad alignment, squishy brakes, and it shifted pretty high. That being said, It got me and my stuff where I needed to go without incident. I'd recommend a tune up before another rental. Thanks again.TANNERLEE A.

windows were heavily fogged on the inside when I picked it up on a cold morning, had to run the engine for a good 10 minutes or more to clear the windows enough to see to drive, was a waste of gas I had to pay forPatrick M.
We arrived at 10:40 and had reserved a truck 2 weeks earlier. The operator said to not show up until 10:15 or so. When we arrived he told us to come back in an hour. I told him not an option.
