The staff are very good and they helped me. Without them I have to cancel my reservation. Uhaul’s check in process is nightmare as the cellular network is poor in the area. After the contract is processed, I received a text message asking me to load all photos— front, back, sides etc and it took so much time to upload photos for me and at the end the page was crashed. Very disappointed and decided to cancel reservation. At this stage staff helped by providing wifi. Uhaul wasted my time. I hope U haul should take care of loading photos in areas with poor cellular connectivity.
GOPI VAllowed me to leave truck and they readily attended to my rental. Easy to return truck.

Umer AActual address has no parking for the uhaul truck. Had to maneuver out of the bussiness parking and park next door.
Luis SI dropped off the day before it was time. I got a call the next day from uhaul asking when was I going to drop off the truck. I was very upset.
Dinah GOnly person there was on the phone, looked up and said I could go. So I handed them my key and paperwork and left. Then I find I get an online receipt with an extra $27.06 dollar charge for gas that I do NOT owe. Had they looked at my paperwork, they would have seen that the originating clerk marked 3/4 of a tank of gas.
ron lPlace was hard to find, was not easily accessible. There was no secure Dropbox that should have been out there. We did manage to find a secure place to put the the key.

Terry CThis place is just a junk car lot. They pulled my trailer in just to tell me they couldn’t take it and left me to back it out and take it to another location 15 min away. When I returned my u-haul truck, they didn’t close out the reservation and I had to call 3 times to get them to close it so I wouldn’t get charged additionally.

steve lwe recieved the van with 3/4 tank and returned it with 3/4 tank, but they charge us for 3 gallons of gas. Only drove 16 miles during the time we had it till the point of return. I dont understand how 16 miles equals to 3 gallons of gas. We put 1.5 gallons of gas even before returning the van to return it to 3/4 tank. Would not recommend to friend or anyone else they are scamming.
Kulwant SIt was not clean it was not a U-Haul place it was very small hard to get in and to back up the trailer. But the guy was helpful and also agreed that the trailer was not hooked up correctly from the previous place it said it would be better if I called corporate instead of him

Matt TThis has absolutely nothing to do with the location I picked up the U-haul but U-haul itself. I reserved my u-haul on April 4th, 26 foot to be picked up at a different location in Tracy and dropped off next day in Manteca. I got a call 2 days before pickup to say they didn't have my truck and I had to drive all the way to Stockton to pickup and all the way back to drop off. Completely out of my way and charging me for more miles than I actually needed. Ended up having to get a 20ft truck from the location above and drop back off there not in Manteca like I wanted. No discount was given, no free miles for my unnecessary driving back and forth. The girl who called was super rude and basically was like you get what you get. Zero customer service. Thank goodness for a friend with a truck to help us out.
Louis SI have been charged for additional day even though I return the truck 24 hrs before . And also person at front desk didn’t show me the miles and mentioned incorrect number of miles used . I used only 30 miles but charged for 85 miles. This is not fair

Savannah fWorst experience. Mobile pick up never worked. We picked up the truck almost 2 hours late and had ti return it next day. Uhaul charged me for 2 days just for a delay of 15 minutes when I return
Arif SI want a refund for my troubles. 2 hours was wasted at Fast Gas & Propane, then I had to drop off the vehicle at night to a location in Tracy that appeared uninviting. I had no choice but to choose Fast Gas &Propane to pickup the vehicle as it had the earliest pickup time. I chose 10am in order to drop off the vehicle before sunset so as to prevent any runins with shady people in Tracy. But because of uhaul's blatant disregard for the safety of its patrons, it delayed my pickup and I had no choice but to drop off the vehicle after sunset. I want a refund for my troubles.

Karla Oi asked for a 12 blankets they have 8 and smells like marijuana the truck have a drinking container and cans of beer in the cabin the gasoline was high just in paper i uploaded pic but nothing happened way too long to check out when i have set up everything online

SHAWN LVehicle was running late from prior customer return. Rep was fairly rude when requested to see if there is any way to expedite. Also, when the prior customer returned the vehicle, it was given to me within minutes with absolutely no cleaning.
Rupesh KI ordered 2 dozen blankets. They didn’t have them all of a sudden, I was told they had 11 I agreed to take them. Than we were walked out, with no blankets. Found only 3 inside the 20ft U-haul! Also the truck itself had NO catalytic converter! It was ridiculously loud, killing most of the gas. The brakes were damn near shot! This place was terrible.

Sachin MI was appalled at the entire experience. The customer service was substandard, the storefront of the office was misleading and confusing, the admin at the desk was unsanitary and horrible. They messed up my contract I was sent numerous incorrect contracts, asked to rate/confirm vehicle that I couldn't even see because we had to drive to a different location which was yet again another site for another type of business. The truck was filthy, I was charged for things I declined and was promised a discount which I did not get. Our time at the office was over an hour which caused me to fall behind on a Warehouse Access appointment that I had made. I would not recommend this sketchy outfit to anyone!
