The Mi Carnal Market U-Haul reps were very helpful and knowledgeable about the renting process. They even went beyond their role by showing me how to put the van into Drive and Reverse gear. However, the U-Haul van contained barely enough of gasoline in which to drive to my pick-up destination. In future, the U-Haul representatives should ensure that there is an adequate supply to begin with.

The same thing happened with the gas because I didn’t take a picture of the gauge they insisted I had used more gas than I actually did.

Took us 40 mins to get a truck as well even though we reserved it beforehand online. The staff were nice and helpful, the equipment and process were a little rough.
