EVELYN FNice service. Check in and out easy and the app lets you take photos of all angles inside and out to show condition both before and after rental.
JOHN GI rented for a one way to Bastrop, and was not allowed to return my trailer to any of the 4 locations that are actually in Bastrop. I had to relocate the equipment, at my expense, to the town of Dale, TX. If I wanted a one way to Dale, TX, that's what I would have purchased. I feel like I was baited and switched. I won't be using U-Haul in the future.

Steven BCustomer service was horrible. Clerk was extremely rude. The truck was dirty when I picked it up and the windshield was filthy and covered with bugs. It was obvious this truck was not cleaned from last rental and when I performed the return online and notify Uhaul of of the trucks dirty condition it tried to charge me a cleaning fee.

Robert GNot sure if y’all are aware your employee is unprofessional he kept trying to assist me and sexually touch me. While getting help with the truck he kept asking me personal questions such as do I have a boyfriend. He then later texted my personal phone after I dropped the truck off hours previous and started stating I left my remote in the truck. And pushing for my address so he could drop it off with some pizza and Netflix. I later confirmed it wasn’t my remote and he’s such a creep and unprofessional

Ricky KI am very disappointed in the return of my trailer. I returned it on 4/22 (although it wasn’t due back until 4/24). The young man at the feed store advised it would get returned that day, absolutely guaranteed no issues. I asked again, if I should use the mobile app… his response was absolutely not we have got you! No worries!! I kept checking the app and noticing that the trailer had not been checked in, I used the chat feature every day and was assured that the date I turned the trailer had been documented several times. After finally having to call the location, I was told it’s not in the system and a field manager would need to complete the return. (This makes me wonder if I would have been able to use the app in order to return on my own). I FINALLY get a receipt for the trailer and it is showing the wrong return date!! I wasn’t charged extra but I definitely didn’t get the credit that was owed. I use uhaul quite a bit and my moves are still not completed… the ONLY thing that was good about this experience was the man I spoke to on the phone. He was nice about everything and finally got it taken care of with the field manager. That being said, all those emails were said to have gone to a manager. I am very disappointed I had to go to that level though, with multiple emails being sent etc. what was the breakdown?!?

Norman TPOSSIBLY THE WORST RENTAL / SALES EXPERIENCE EVER! Made a reservation 3 days prior & upon arrival nothing available. There were multiple vehicles (5+) in the yard but was told they're not in the system. Additionally, I was told when making my reservation, and at the location that the rate would be prorated if I didn't need it for 2 days, I also heard another customer told the same thing at the uhaul location. Next, after being told there were no vehicles available I was told I could pick one up 45min away. After driving to the next location & back to my original move location I wasted almost 2hrs. I was given a $50 credit which was appreciated but the whole ordeal was a disaster. Why make a reservation if your reservation will not be available?

Susana EI reserved on line I thought but day I went to pick up was told they did not have 1 way truck was contacted by uhaul they sent me20 miles from I m Austin to pick up all the lots in Austin were full I saw several well stocked lots but was still was sent 20 miles away and when I told them I didn't need 800miles only 600 was told I would be reimbursed but at drop off they said no credit back. All in all next time I go Pensky

Robert MLocation was far away from my original selected pick up place. They hooked up wrong equipment i.e. wrong trailer which suppose to go in different customer customer order. When I went to drop off they found that trailer had wrong number.

BARKAT AWhen you quote a pick up time make sure it’s the correct pick up time. This delayed me an hour and created a domino effect with logistics and other facets of my move. Also changing the pick up spot a day before is not a great customer experience. 15+ miles in the opposite direction. The new pick up spot business owner was a great person and handled the reservation. But U-Haul was my plan A and is now my plan C. I didn’t get my dolly. I didn’t get my mattress cover. And got comp 32 miles for but no other accommodations.
Mason NOnly one employee was there. He did not even acknowledged me. I had to called him out and he told me I am busy right now I will take care of it. He could have told me I will be right with you or you can leave it there and I will take care of it for you in a nice courteous way. We just left it there with my concern either y'all going to charged me or billed me more at a later time? All he said was just leave it there so we left.

Randy JUnfortunately U-Haul assigned my reservation to a location that did not have the size truck that I needed, but MJ Feed was amazing in doing the best they could with what was available.

Martin KU-Haul Changed my pick up point a few hours before pick up to be a location that was an extra 35 miles for me to drive instead of the point being close to my house.

ADAM MThis pickup location was 17 miles from my chosen pick up. Got U haul text of change of location after arriving at chosen location. It cost me an additional two hours and gas to go to this pickup location in rural Austin. I had no choice since i needed a 6x12 trailer. And still had to pay full price. Equipment worked as advertised.
Darwin HThe people at feed store were GREAT. She was very knowledgeable about equipment and services. The problem that I had was with your website and your call call center. I was on hold for 45 minutes last night and never got an answer from y'all. When I tried to do live chat the lady Crystal told me to call the 1800 number. When I called they never answered. So it did no good. When I tried to put a new vehicle for towing the trailer it would not allow me to change the vehicle. So if y'all could fix these issue's it would be great.
thomas sEverything was great, equipment was good, customer service was great, only downfall to the whole experience was having to do a reservation before picking up, I went to the authorized dealer and he said we had to do a reservation online, we couldn't just walk in and do everything there, so I had to pull out my phone and do the reservation and stuff which is not a big deal but it did waste some time in my opinion.
José MI reserved a truck a week in advance, found out that morning that pick up location had NO trucks while I had a paid loading crew at my house. Spent an hour on phone trying to locate another truck. Got sent to place farther away and still had to pay overage mileage fees. No iu interest in using uhaul again. GoRyder!
James CGuy was not professional. Not wearing a facemask. My equipment requested was not available. The location i asked for on the website does not even exist and i had to go further out of my way and get charged for it

Delacey MMJ Feed & Hardware was a good experience. My original pick up location was TMT Auto Sales was horrendous. I had an advanced reservation for a 6x12 cargo trailer to be picked up at 4:45 pm on Saturday and I show up around 4:30 and am told that the guy is not there. An employee there provided me with his number and he didn't answer.l so I left a message. The employee then called the same number and he answered and was told that he didn't care and wasn't going to go back to the location. I called UHAUL and was given the new location of MJ Feed & Hardware and was able to get a trailer.
