The person in the location was not friendly at all they didn’t have anything ready when I show up he was rude. The truck was not serviced when I load it and started to drive the check engine light came on the ABS light was on and one other light. The brake had to be pressed really hard to get the truck to stop. I prayed really hard for the truck to make it to Princeton.

Don’t make the ‘drop off location’ “optional” if it isn’t actually optional and then charging your customers $550 fee for “wrong drop off”
Daisy HUnorganized. Did not have the appliance dolly I had requested. Had to complete rental over the phone. Nothing was verified to make sure all information was correct. The primary person was supposed to candice but it seems Deen jr who was supposed to be co driver was primary.
Deen APerson opening gvthe store was 10 mins later to work, so we had to wait outside for him to show up.

Renaldo JThe employee didn’t appear to know how to check out vehicle. Was FaceTiming manager his to do it. Did not walk me out to vehicle. I had to find the vehicle. Vehicle was dirty and barely any gas. Overall, bad experience.
