ANGEL MThe location was nice and staff were very friendly. The problem was I was told a different price when I made the reservation over the phone than what I got charged. I called customer service the representative acted like any other below average company. So below average for them.
JOEL VThe gas guage was wrong and I had to go back and put in more gas. I only went 21 miles and I put in 6.5 gals, was I only getting 3.23 miles to the gallon? I know that it is a truck, but it is not that bad on gas mileage. That location also slopes so how do you get accurate readings.
TIMOTHY WDrop off location was a small rural town. Not many amenities available. Attendant was very helpful and pleasant. Check in was made easy and friendly.

SCOTT WThe drop off wasn't the easiest to find, though not hard. It was a very dingy garage. I pulled up and mentioned that I had to try and get my Harley off the truck and the guy just said ok, and walked inside offering zero assistance. Then I just started chatting with him and he was a very nice guy. The area of town however was pretty bad

Kenneth MThe truck was not delivered to this location. I was called by U-Haul at 7:00 am the day before informing me that the truck cannot be delivered as promised. I would have to drive to Sierra Vista 60 miles to the west and pick up the truck at that location. I had made arrangements for people to help me just after picking up the truck as promised on Wednesday. So I called Sierra Vista U-Haul asking if I could pick up the truck on Tuesday. The kind gentleman said he didn't have it until Wednesday. I asked if there was any way to get one today and he said he would call the other U-Haul in Sierra Vista and call me back. He called me and said they did and to come get it. I rushed over and acquired the truck and was able to keep my appointments on Wednesday. Bottom line is U-Haul cannot be trusted with online scheduling.

MARY GMake sure when a reservation is transferred then the equipment needs to be in the U-Haul.
