At this store, no one knew what to do but they had a phone number, which the store manager called 3 times. I called the Allentown boulevard office, I was in the middle of getting help, then turned over to Justin who finally finished 50 minutes later. I got there at 10.00 AM. When I return it to the store at 140 Thurmont Boulevard he lady working said that part was closed and she had no idea what to do with it except drop it off in the morning, or park it over on the grass area. What kind of program is this. Then some guy shows up and she turns me over to him and my brother in law parked the truck. So sad. For all the inconvenience I should have my money return and my gas money at 30.00 I paid in cash. I was very greatful to move. Just please make sure everyone is awake and on board at these pick points and drop off location. Very sad indeed.

The store had no idea we were coming despite having a reservation. The employee didn't speak English and had to call someone for help who just kept asking us questions we didn't have an answer to. It took me calling Uhual's 800 number for them to give us a key. Overall 20 minutes of a waste of time while we were on a moving deadline.
