Carol ENavigating the app was cumbersome. I had to have live interactions with the store, and the employee (Marcy) was SO very helpful and kind. She really went out of her way to adjust everything on her end to enable the app functionality on my end. Ultimately, I discovered that I could NOT complete all requirements on the app and that I should have checked my email, too. Without Marcy's assistance I would have really been in a bind! PLEASE reach out to thank her for representing UHaul in such a positive way.

Charity SGive an accurate mileage price. Was told by the rep on pickup that the rate would be .69 per mile, was charged .99 per mile. The vehicle was filthy; dirt and debris everywhere, trash, empty chip bag and no air conditioning. My next rental will not be with U-haul. I’ve never had an issue with Penske or Ryder.

Ashley PI literally got scammed that’s how I feel cause I literally drove like maybe 32 miles and I got my receipt and it said I drove 331 miles so my account was charged $299 when I kno for a fact I didn’t and my landlord can prove it cause the truck was parked all night at my apartment and we have cameras but I guess they needed the money more than me but taking away from my kids so no I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

KERRY CI paid for the dolly and it was not there when we picked up the truck. The check in process was a little long - we eventually had to call in our information because it would not confirm our identity.
Shawn WThe dealer, Ricki, was highly capable, friendly, accommodating, and customer-service oriented. She had the truck ready and the key pickup available just as promised. The truck had a cargo door lock included and a hand truck and blankets were on the truck, although I didn’t use them and was not charged for them, but they were readily available if I had needed them. The location was well-lighted and I had no hesitations about leaving my car there for the day. I’ve rented UHaul trucks many times and this is the best dealer I’ve worked with. I would have no hesitation recommending M R Furniture and Ricki above any other UHaul dealer in this area!

THOMAS LThe vehicle was not ready when I arrived. There was trash, blankets, and dollies inside the truck. The vehicle also did not have half a tank as stated on the paperwork . The employee was nice but she was at the location alone. I guess she was trying to manage the place by herself and didn't have time to clean the truck out . She told me to call her if there was an issue with the gas. I didn't bother. I just filled the tank back to 1/2 before dropping it off. The truck also had a leak above the attic space. Some water got on my belongings but nothing was seriously damaged. I reported this at the drop off location.

Jon GWas not able to select that the trailer was clean. App forced me to choose the option that the trailer needed cleaning. Trailer was clean when returned. Need receipt
NICHOLAS BThe trailer was junk. The lights were off and on then finally just stopped. Had to wait appx 2 hours for road service. They never stopped flickering. The brakes were grabbing and caused me to stop appx 15 times and pump them to get them to release. The entire trip was a nightmare because of the trailer. The lady who rented me the trailer was wonderful like always. Uhaul has still not sent her any jacks making it a very unpleasant task just to get hooked to the trailer. I'd ask for a refund but I'm sure that would fall on deaf ears. For some reason I got hit with an additional 30.00 plus some change charge. I really an considering finding some other trailer rental company.
