The battery of our truck died and we had to wait to be boosted for almost an hour outside in the cold of February. Then, after getting boosted, the guy told us to wait a whole hour with the engine running to make sure that the battery wouldn't die again. That's a waste of gas that we had to pay for. When I asked for compensation, Uhaul basically told me to go fuck myself and sent me the part in their terms and conditions that basically says "we do not promise to give an equipment in mint condition, so should something occur it is not our problem". Absolutely vile.
