Manager where disrespectful, he waste 1 hour of my time to pickup a truck. He lied about the drop-off time and he lied about giving me 1 hour extra because of wasting my time

Hard to accelerate and brake, steering wheel didn't feel sturdy. The lock was hard to unlock and lock, the manual windows sucks, the miles/km to empty doesnt show on dashboard comparing to other trucks. Too dark, hard to park, looks sketchy

The service was great. The manager was helpful. The truck I received was the cleanest I've received compared to the others. I believe the other locations I have rented from should learn how important it is to present a clean truck for rental at all times

I never had an issue with U-haul before and this time it was just disappointing, The truck that I initially rented was leaking due to heavy rain on my moving day, ceiling was leaking and I could not load any of my stuff, when I called customer service, the first person I spoke to wasn't very professional nor friendly. I explained about the situation and she said she is going to a road side assistance, which doesn't make any sense, ceiling of the truck was leaking and if the road side assistance come to my place, what would they do? Then she said I need to drop off the current truck and pick up another truck them I will need to pay both of trucks, which also doesn't make sense. Them later, she gave me a big sigh over the phone and being sarcastic, ok ok that's U-haul fault, and we will send another truck to your place, to be able to send you another truck, we need to transfer your call to another department. My phone call was transferred without any arrangements and I had to explain 2 more times to get another truck. You should check the conversation through the phone because your call has recorded and see how she speaks to a customer. Very disappointed. 3rd person at scheduling department was pleasant to deal with, she found a resolution, and got me an emergency swap, however, the 1st service represent promised to send me a new truck to my place, I had to drop off and pick up another truck myself. I had to fill up both trucks which I spent extra money and wasted much more time which resulted in me pay extra to movers. And no follow up has been provided to me. I don't know if someone will check this survey and provide me a certain compensation, in case I don't get any contact, I will reach out to head office or customer service to file a complaint about this experience and spending extra money. I am not sure if I would use U-haul again in the future.

Great experience at this U-Haul location! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The gentleman who assisted me was very professional, attentive, and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Excellent customer service—I highly recommend this location!

I had no problem with the location itself, but my overall experience wasn't great. My Rental got moved to this location from one much closer to the house I was moving from. The truck wasn't returned properly by the previous renter. Then after I have the truck my drop-off location changes because that location had "closed down" So then I had to go even further out of my way to drop it off. Costing me mileage!

The person serving us was extremely helpful in getting the light connection from the car to the trailer working properly. Would recommend them to others,
