Be readily accessible, with an unlocked door prior to customer's arrival. Ensure air conditioning is turned out in advance of the appointment. Listen to the customer and try to confirm information contained in the file. Offer solutions to issues.TIKERA C.

The owner was very disrespectful. He continued to call and harass my husband and I even after we told him we were headed there . An error on his behalf at the time of pick up after he notified me that there was an e alert and under my name that was cleared he left the premises before we were able to get the truck , afterward he returned about 4 hrs later after our reservation we sat on the phone with multiple U-Haul people who attempted to figure out what he had done to create the issue . The alert was removed 5 minutes after he pulled off he did not have patience to see this matter through upon his return he failed to acknowledge i was still there even after i walked up to him to describe that something was wrong and needed to be corrected because we were unable to get our truck . He walked away and went to service other customers who were male and ignored my request he then walked past me and looked back and stated i needed to sit in his waiting room after he served individuals who pulled up hours after me . I waited an hour and i believe he still wouldn't have attended to me if it wasn't for one of the customers stating i had been there long before them and he needed to wait on me . He even argued with them stating i had to wait I was upset because i was three hours late for a pick up He did not update our pick up time when he finally handed over the keys and also charged us for the safe move even though i declined . My original file should show that He called my husband threatening to call the police because we were in a stolen truck even though we were less than 30 min past the time . He did not have any respect for us and spoke to us and such a rude manner when i dropped th U-Haul off i made sure to inform him that i would be reporting him and no longer coming to his location . He then stated he didn't care and that he would make sure i was never able to get another U-Haul again, he said he was independently owned and â€œtheyâ€ couldn't do anything to him . I have rented U-Haul nearly every week or two for the past few months due to my business needs . But i am not only disappointed but hurt that i was treated like this as a customer after I've spent thousands with the companyANGEL W.

There should be an option for different rental hours. Sometimes you just need rental 2-3 hours to accomplish a task that you otherwise cannot do with your vehicle. I am sure such an option would bring in more rentersAlice B.

Mt. Moriah Baptist Church is not in the safest area of town. That fact, coupled with the hour and a half it took for our verification to go through so we could pick up the truck leads me to never want to use or recommend U-Haul again. For starters, why can't the verification process and all the info they require not be given beforehand (we ordered the rental truck the day before). I had issues with the automated system returning the truck as well. It was a terrible experience overall.William M.

The check in process took a lot of time and the U-haul website and app is not friendly user at all. Although I did the check in online before I arrive, we had to do the same process again at the office. Also, I could do the return process by myself, everytime I select my location, U-haul app was not able to detect my location. Also, I had no choice to enter my return location ,manually. So, I had to just put the keys inside the box beside your u-haul office. I think your u-haul app needs major modeification to make it much easier and more efficient. Another comment is that, following your confirmation text, I went to pick up the truck from 1260 Florida street at 9 am July 2. However, the requested car "26 feet" was no available there and I had to go to another location "7605 Tom drive" to pick up the vehicle. I think you u-haul app should be more accuate. ThanksHany H.
