They moved my drop off location a day after we got the rental - only 2 blocks down, no big deal. Easy to check out - only issue we had was struggling to find the drop box, it was kind of tucked away. I think having the person who sent me drop off location could have explained where the drop box was would be helpful.

I was charged $250 total between multiple charges. When my truck was only supposed to cost $75+tax. The employees at this location over charged me, made a mistake of charging me for a “missing dolly” when I never even ordered or used one. Then on top of it they said a manger would reach out and I called back twice in the same day and still never received a call back. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone. They don’t know what they’re doing!

I was sent there as an alternative site to obtain the vehicle that I had reserved from a different location. It seemed that it was an inconvenience to deal with a UHaul rental - but I didn’t make my reservation to go to that location in the first place so why should I feel that I was a bother for them to complete the rental process? If you don’t want to rent it - don’t have it in your inventory!

The customer service was outstanding as was the vehicle itself I think the pricing is a bit high. You pay for the rental per day then per mile and you have to fill it back up with gas. Seems like double dipping to me. Thank you, Shelby Pater

Little to no acknowledgement from front counter staff. Waited close to 10 minutes as he just wandered between rooms. Another individual finally appeared who assisted me fine. Just a poor service experience. Return of vehicle was prompt and curteous.

vehicle was filthy, tried to gouge me on gas, truck was at half tank but was marked that there was 3/4 tank gas, had to prove that, and honestly your rate suck and you are misleading people, you truck say on it, 20 dollars for a day, you gave me a 4 hour slot because you are greedy, it wasn't 20 dollars like it says on truck, was like 50 dollars, and it would of been 28 dollars more if I didn't catch your mistake trying to make me pay 28 dollars for 2 gallons of gas, and honestly, why am i paying for mileage, your company is horrible, will never use it again.

I rented a dollie and I got 2 carts that roll. I couldnt use those that's not what I ordered. I paid for something I didnt get to use.

The only thing that we didn't really like was that the truck smelled like cigarette smoke. Since we were only going a short way, it was not a big deal, but would not have been happy if it was a long trip.

Customers just want a transparent deal with no agenda to sneak in some hidden charges. I was pleased I got charged what I had figured so that is why i won't mind coming back if I need to.
