The battery on the van needed a jump start when we picked it up, and also the sensor for the rear door needed to be replaced so the warning light for "rear door ajar" and also "change oil soon" were consistently on the dashboard and the chime would go off every few minutes with the warnings. The location said they were aware and had ordered a replacement but we weren't aware of that until we called and made two stops en route to check the door....with the jump start and the extra stops to check the door issue, we were nearly 30 minutes late for the pickup.

Larissa MLocation and 9’ cargo van equipment was great and exactly what was needed for moving a 1 bedroom apartment. The mobile app needs functionality improvements, especially if families are to rely on it for the entire transaction. Upon returning, the app crashed as equipment pictures were going to be uploaded. The app failed resulting in a message to contact customer service or try again later. Customer service was very helpful in completing the return.
