When I went to the Macedonia Transportation LLC location to pick up the trailer and tried to enter the Uhaul marked door it was locked. My phone was ringing from someone named Singh Gurpreet. I did not answer it as I did not know who it was. They kept calling so I answered it. She said she was from Uhaul and I needed to go down 3 doors. She was standing at the door of a semi repair shop. I provided the information she requested and asked if I needed help setting up the trailer. I initially said no but as soon as I walked out I decided I wanted someone out there to go over this trailer and attach it. A man from the shop came out and we together got the trailer attached. As soon as that was done the women got in her jeep and drove of and the man went inside. I pulled the trailer forward to take pictures and test the brake, directional and marker lights. Well the brake lights and directional lights and one marker lights were not functioning. So I went back into the repair shop and explain to the man what was going on. he came out and did the same things I did to see if it could be corrected to no avail. I called Singh and explained what was wrong. The man asked to speak to her and he was telling her to switch the trailers. After some conversation he handed me my phone and we proceeded to switch trailers. Once switched all the lights were checked and functioning. I pulled the trailer out and proceeded to take the needed pictures. Total time spent to get this corrected 45 minutes. The next day I contacted Singh to let her know the move had not gone smooth and that I would need a second day. She replied ok.. Now the return. .I was in contact with Singh and I gave her an eta of 3:30pm, she replied ok. The trip back entailed some heavy fog and traffic. I arrived at 4:20 and went inside the repair shop because Singh was not there. I wanted to verify where they wanted the trailer and asked if there was anything else for me to do. The gentleman stated no your good to go. No one came out to check where I parked it or to inspect. I unhitched the trailer and took many pictures and then left. I sent Singh a message that the trailer was returned and who I spoke with and asked for a receipt. She replied she would. The next morning I check the receipt and I see a 3 day charge. The receipt did not show the correct time I departed after the debacle and on top of that the return time was posted as 9:42pm. I contacted Singh to go over the discrepancies. Her reply was "you dropped after 3 days charge is charge for everyday." Then she sent " I just put your pickup time and return time and the system decided it not me" The this "You can call uhall 800 no I can't do anything now. So I contacted Uhaul and spoke With Elena. She took down all my information and I provided time dated picture to verify my position. She forwarded al the information to the area field manager Jeremy Nider. He promptly refunded the overcharge which I greatly appreciated. As for this contracted location they have no business representing Uhaul. I am surprised Uhaul would allow this person to represent them as the location and how they did not willing help me without me asking and manipulating my times should be very troubling for Uhaul. I for one would never accept being sent to this company to pickup a rental. Moving is enough of a hassle and this type of nonsense is inexcusable.

The individual was was responsible for the transaction, left before closing even though I scheduled a pick up for 3:45 pm, and I was there at 3:40pm. I was a difficult process, but I was able to pick up the unit and get help to have it installed. On the return, there was no instructions on what I needed to do, but a friend who was with me, helped me access the U-Haul website, and this made the turn in pretty easy at that point. Not good customer service, but the unit was clean and well maintained. Great software system by the way. Easy to use.

Make sure the employees at all U-Haul stores do not have tons of water on the floor so people don't slip and break their hip because I slipped and fall on the floor in the one in Parma and I hurt my hip he was mopping in the floor with soaking wet

I’m pretty annoyed I was charged a cleaning fee when the truck did not get dirty at all. It’s very expensive just for a 10’ uhaul it’s absolutely ridiculous! Like moving isn’t already expensive

One tire had low pressure, the back end was not swept out, the trailer was not pulled out and I had to walk thru 6" of snow to get to the hookup.

This is such a scary, poor place. Two trucks total there. Just my trailer. No one who spoke English able to communicate. No signage. The gentlemen there kept pointing to a key drop box even though I had a trailer. Tight space to disconnect and turn around, I have towed a fifth wheel for 5 years. Awful.

It took us an hour and a half to pick up the truck. The app wasn’t working well and calling customer service was not helpful. Everything else was fine, but the process was too difficult.

U-Haul sign was fallen to the ground, could not see it. No U-Haul vehicles anywhere around made it difficult to locate where to drop off. Address above says it is "North" Freeway Dr when actually it is South Freeway. Mapping that address in Google Maps/navigation points you to the adjacent facility which is vacant. All dirt roads and driveways, nothing paved. Had to ask a poor truck driver (who just happened to be on the location) where to find someone to ask where the drop location should be. U-Haul app did not work (the automated drop feature button would not work), so we had to call the U-Haul # which, though finally proved helpful, added 20-30 minutes to drop-off experience.

Truck depot. No one at the location at 1:00 pm on a Tuesday. Called the contact and Pam was good to work with. Put key in drop box but was concerned that dolly and blankets were in unlocked truck.
