Everything was fine
KEVIN KPaid for "Appliance Dolly", but got "Utility Dolly", and was NOT refunded the difference either. Also was charged $100 Extra Deposit, because I used a "Debit" card, and website claims you will get it back, as long as truck returned on time, and clean, and . . .It was! I have yet to get a Penny of that back. So $227 for 1 day and 74 miles.
Anthony CThe trailer brake lights and tail lights did not work. I mentioned that to the guy who hooked up the trailer at the Lafayette, Tennesee location where I picked up the trailer. . He said it was because the sun was shining on them.. then had me test the blinkers.. those worked and he said because those worked, everything was working.. in deed they were not. I was still stuck with a uhaul that had non working safety issues.. therefore I could not drive at night and cost me 2 extra nights of motel. When I returned the uhaul, I showed the new location the issue and he noted it and stated it was probably a faulty wire.
SHERRY NIdk if there were supposed to have moving blankets in the truck or if they cost extra so if you need any make sure to ask for them other than that it was great

Kenneth JWhen picking up after hours, it took over an hour. They cell service is awful there. The app was not wanting to work, phone call that was made kept breaking up and they were not able to do anything.. After over an hour standing outside in the middle of the road for service I finally was checked out. I am not sure if it was all even done correctly. But of course since it was not my fault I still was not able to have the uhaul an hour more for check in. The parking lot was so dark. I wanted to rent a uhaul at another location that was closer, but it was not available.

SHARON HNot much to improve on, the staff was nice and quick and friendly. Truck was clean and the rental was as described on website. I always use u-haul and if needed again, I’ll definitely use them again. All rental expectations were good. No issues at all. The after hours box was clearly marked. It was a good experience.
