TRAVIS MI was told by the agent here that I would receive credit for any gas over 1/4 tank. I returned the truck with 1/2 tank in good faith. This is $50 worth of gas extra I thought would be credited on return based on the agent's word. However after a 9 hour move and 210 miles later I am now told I do not receive this credit. This is not just. Uhaul should do it like rental cars. Start off with a full tank and it is returned by the customer with a full tank. This way the customer only pays for what gas he uses. Please change your policy about the gas tank.

richard pSo was originally supposed to pickup at another location. However I got a text saying to pickup at Macs market. It was a little drive so I wasn't thrilled. Except that the reviews were great and my first locations reviews seemed to be the opposite. So I make the trek to Macs.. well.... it was worth it..tye employees there were all above and beyond. Seemed happy to be there and happy to help. Mostly dealt with Taylor who helped me switch out my 1 7/8 inch ball out to a 2 inch ball. Which he waited for me to get at the O'Reilly s up the street do to macs not having in stock. Oh I guess I should mention it was 110 degrees plus. And that even though the employees are smiling and working hard are in a building with no AC.just fans blowing around hot air 110 -113 degree air. And it's not a just broke thing and they will be there on Monday to fix it. This is the norm..So to the obviously genius owner with a successful store and from what I hear for many many years get tye ac fixed for your hard working ,happy,go the extra mile employees. You have employees willing to deal with that heat and represent your business as if they are given the world. And smile and customer service despite. Crazy to think that a little store out by itself that has a little bit of everything and rents trailers ,would be one of the most patient, happy helpful bunch of customer service employees I've ever come in contact with. Next time Macs will be my first location to pick. Hopefully for the employees sake the ac is up and running by then. But besides the ac in building overall awesome experience

Gregory LThe only place within a reasonable distance that had the truck I wanted. Truck was clean and full on gas. When I returned it, they didn't screw me on the gas or the mileage. service rep was very good. Fast and easy transaction.

MICHAEL HI am beginning to think the heretofore wonderful people at Uhaul are making the patron the fall-guy in what would be a horrible action taken by one of its own. Not only was I (the patron) traumatized and humiliated in a very public setting (a Uhaul dealership), but as promised by the store owner, my charges were dramatically increased. I was promised a call-back which hasn't come and appears will not. This very troubled man seemingly has the blessings of Uhaul to treat a long-time customer in the depraved manner he chooses with no fear of reprisal. I am here to tell you he won't. I have contacted my attorney who has instructed me to not wait beyond tomorrow and if the wrong has not been addressed, to file both criminal and civil charges. I filmed most of the episode once out of view of store cameras and there were many witnesses, as well. The man is scary and is a very angry person who should never be allowed, again, to harm people in this manner. Richard M. McMinn
