Get the glitches out of your pick up and drop off app. Had issues both times. Both associated with taking the required pictures. Took multiple times, but would not take in app.

Scott EMaintain your vehicles. Rear door jammed open, causing me to pay 4 movers $200 to sit around and wait for your roadside service to show up and repair. UHaul should credit me back that amount against my charges.

Shawn WOverall, average pickup experience. The lady working the counter seemed unfamiliar with the procedures and website. Eventually, we got it done and we were on our way.
Nicki JI was very disappointed because I reserved this two weeks ahead and I also chose to be able to get the truck using a mobile device. The day of, I I had to go inside to get the key, and it took 27 minutes to do everything U-Haul asked me to do once I got there. It was a waste of time to reserve it early. I will say the lady at the station was extremely nice, but U-Haul could really improve their service.

JULIE HThe pickup took 45 minutes because there was 1 lady managing the entire store and she was running back and forth. She was working hard and very friendly she just needed help. The DL upload was not coming through even though it showed complete on the app. Had to wait on another person to deliver blankets. Very nice helpful staff just not enough people to properly manage.

DILLAN HThe over-all coordination of pick-up/drop-off is a zoo. My original reservation was made across the street, two weeks prior to pick up. I went back in day before pick-up to confirm and learn ultimately the truck was to be picked up instead at a nearby site and the truck was actually pointed out to me down the road. The next morning at 7:30 A.M. prior to actual pick-up I was told the truck was gone and no information when available. Later that day told the following day for use. Later still told still no availability. Always told too that u-haul central would e-mail arrangement. NEVER heard from them at all. Finally told vendor if and ever the truck came in I would rent it. Went in and made complete contract reservation with payment vendor could update as needed. Truck came in after 3rd day anticipated use. Debated on u-haul insurance. Told it covered uninsured motorist so took it. Read my contract prior to return to learn that is specifically excluded from coverage and any liability from accident coverage. And because a shortage of trucks, the consumer is forced to be understanding of this circus parade of where and when of whose got the truck. What a way to run a RR. Absolutely pot luck availability. I felt the vendor did his absolute best to keep in touch to relate what he had no control over. The equipment was great. But over-all coordination is a Chinese fire drill.
CHARLES GExcellent service and support from Al and Helena - Richard (regional rep) also came through. U-haul needs to make their online reservation much clearer, especially about the pickup location and equipment reservation uncertainty as well as the short confirmation notice.
Harry HOur online rate said $80. We were originally scheduled for another pick-up location. Uhaul moved us the day before to another one. When I went to pick it up, they charged us more. When trying to pick-up in person they tried to charge us $221. When I did self-pickup it charged me $157.29. I even had the print out of the reservation that reads "$80 due at pickup." I understand taxes add in but not $63 more. That's ridiculous.

Leslie HTruck was dirty from mud on the inside. Had a bad smell in both cabin and storage area. Reverse lights did not work.
DAVID NI had to put oil in which was empty and I never got paid for $10.00 and I just recieved a charge for $ 57.00 that I dont know what is for but its been 3 weeks since I had the uhaul... Whats going on?
