The rep wasn't clear in explaining the charges. I was billed incorrectly the day I scheduled. Request was for 24 hours and rep booked four hours. Called to correct and explained we needed to leave truck in the destination city, he didn't explain there were also miles charges. He said it was one charge from point A to point B. The drop location was closed at 3:30 pm, and it took 45 minutes to drop off the truck.

I needed the rental from Sunday evening until Monday evening. The place from which i rented the truck is not open either of those days so they had me download the u--Haul app to pick up the truck. They did not, however, register me through the system for picking up trucks when no one is there, and then app wouldn't give me access to the box with the key. I called U-Haul and re-registered through a very helpful person, but wasn't impressed with the rental location. They also did not have dollies or padding blankets to rent. I won't rent there again or recommend the location to others.;

Disappointing Drop-Off Experience I’m giving this location 2 stars because the drop-off process felt uncertain and lacked communication. When we returned the U-Haul truck, there was no one on site to check us in. We followed the instructions, dropped the key in the outdoor key box, and tried calling to confirm the return—but each time we called, we only reached an answering machine with the hours of operation. It would have been comforting and professional to receive a call back just to confirm they received the truck and that everything was in order. I never saw or heard from anyone at this location. The lack of follow-up made the end of our rental feel incomplete and left us unsure if the return had been properly recorded.

drop off after hours. Dropped off saturday ar 6:30 pm. Received email tuesday that transaction not complete. I had to call to rectify. I was also charged for mileage when returned. I rented for a 24 hour period, not mileage.

Have locations with open hours on the weekends. Allow drop off at any location in small cities/towns. Truck share sux.....If you can not do something the app will not let you continue. It is too frustrating to manage after a long move of loading, driving, and unloading; then the app not doing what is needed so you are not charged extra.

Well I reserved a dolly, and there was no dolly. Seems like there should not be an option for it, if it is not available. The app was very slow and hard to use and locked up on me and I had to end up calling to finish checking out the truck. The truck did what it was intended for.

They wrote the odometer reading wrong and caused me to get several hundred dollars over charged and took almost all my monthly disability check out of my account y'all did return it but took several days to get it straightened out if I hadn't taken pictures with my cellphone to prove the correct mileage y'all would have kept my money I feel 100 percent madman pawn done this on purpose they weren't to serious about helping me fix their mistake I had to call a corporate number so ya I won't ever go back there or probably won't rent from uhaul again just because of this situation

Tje guys at the pick up site we’re great but……The uhaul wasn’t full of gas. It has about a little over 1/4 of the tank full. We only drove about 50 miles. When we went to return the uhaul my husband wasn’t aware that the gas tank wasn’t full. So he filled it up. We paid $75 in gas . I imagine we only needed to pay $10-$15 or so…. I just feel very cheated and upset that no one mentioned the has tank wasn’t full and that we paid another $60+ in gas . I called and spoke with the gal where we dropped it off. I explained our situation and asked for a refund. I still have not heard back. I just feel it’s bad business and will likely tell others if our experience. In addition… why wasn’t the tank full? What if we had a long trip ahead of us and picked up the truck … what a waste of time to have to go and full up the tank. Or what if we didn’t notice the tank was almost empty and drove and ran out of gas? There is lots of open space and very few gas stations out here in the country. I’m seriously so upset!

Location was friendly and got me set up quickly. Trailer was a little dirty with a few cockroaches in it. I needed to reroute some of the chains and wiring because they were over tight for making turns. Even though I fully made a reservation and submitted all of my information on the app, we had to redo it all over again. I did NOT have a bad experience. Just think it could have been smoother with a little more attention to the equipment

The people at the location was great the equipment was the only issues i had with experience. A almost new trailer that had all kinds of issues a leaking tire and lights that would just stop working.

The 24 7 share is great, except for the check in. I spent 10 to 15 getting precheck complete the night before, and then the morning I arrived another 15 minutes. It seems a bit overkill to me. Especially the alternate contact in case of late vehicle return. No one would pick up for you and the one that did were left on hold for 15 minutes plus. Where is the customer service in that? Besides that the experience was great. Thank you
