The only thing that I would suggest tocorrect is the last person I talked to, didn’t tell me to fill out a form online that would’ve been helpful for kind of speeding up the process when I rented the vehicle.
NATHANIEL DNobody working at this location had a clue of what they were doing. It took a little over an hour to get my truck, and i had picked the pick up option through the app. There was a dolly and moving blankets in the back when I opened the rear door, the manager of the place I picked up the truck told me to take them because "I don't have anyplace to put them." No idea why this place rents trucks.
JERRED HThe gas gauge was a bit above 1/4 tank. Went to take a picture of the fuel gauge and the stupid U-Haul app wouldn't let me do i could show them. Also it was a pain in the ass to try and get the lock open to get my key
