I have never had such a bad experience with U Haul! I call 2 1/2 weeks early to reserve the truck at a different location-the night before I was to pick it up I get a text message that I was to pickup the truck at a different location. We go to pickup the truck-oh my -hard to find and no one was there! A note on the door to call the person- I called (I am sure I got him out of bed). Thank goodness I have an IPhone! He never did come to the office. Everything had to be done over the telephone. Took longer than expected-had mover’s waiting! When I finally got to my house in Crooked River Ranch (Central Oregon) the neighbor came over and showed me that I had driven from Portland Or to my house with the hood was only hooked on with the safety latch! What an accident that would have been if it flew open. Omg. Then when I went to return it in Redmond Or. I told her what happened - what a horrible experience! Then when she told me what the bill came to - I said NO -that’s not what I was quoted! She put the contract on hold and said someone would call me ——still waiting. The bill is double what I was quoted!,, This is not right

This site was a virtual drop off/ key box location - off the beaten path. We did not originally select it, but the Uhaul employee requested we use this alternative location. It worked fine, but I prefer the locations with a human on-site.

I was told to enter a different milage than what was on the vehichle in order to move forward with my rental worst experience ever. now im being charged 4x the amount for miles I did not use

No one was there. We just dropped of the truck as Uhaul asked us to vs where we picked up from.

Friendly staff, quick and easy. Parking available. Great option to uhauls busy main tigard hub.

Better quality pictures at check in. Pictures looked good, but when walking around truck there was a very noticeable scratch on the upper passenger panel. Look closely, if you see damage, disagree and submit a photo.
