DEBRA CI was unable to check in my drop off via the app (it was 530pm local time and my window allowed me to have the truck until 835am the next day). I initiated a chat via the app and was assured that a note would be sent to the site about my issues on the app. My reservation was marked completed at 927am the next morning which incurred an additional day charge. Either the customer rep (Jasmine) didn’t send the note, or it was not followed.
PETER RMichael was the employee who got us all set up with a U-Haul truck. Very friendly, very professional and made everything go as planned. Highly recommend this facility!

TERRY WI’m still just waiting for some type of discount and reimbursement from this rental due to the mix up the week before. I had to spend twice as much as what it should’ve cost me to move, because I had to do the whole rental process twice, since the original truck I reserved wasn’t available the day I was moving across state lines on a one way trip. Instead of the original $220 it would’ve cost me, I’ve had to spend $360 on 2 separate U-Haul rentals and $160 for additional 5 days at my storage shed because I couldn’t fit all my stuff in the first U-Haul.
