Noone there. But, the first place told me they have cameras to drop and go. I took pictures of it right in front of the place.

At the time of drop off, no one was there. It was strictly drop off and go situation. It would've been nice during the pickup location that the person would've communicated how the drop location does work. I finally figured it out what to do regarding proof that the trailer was reserved under my name, etc. However, the trailer was easy for someone to come by and take b/c it was exposed along a major hwy there in Shreveport and anybody could've taken it overnight or over the wknd.

it was suitable for an unattended drop off of the vehicle. It was a Saturday early afternoon and i simply returned the vehicle as requested. No human interaction so difficult to comment but the drop off was easy.

When returning home he truck, 🛻 online instructions states to scan the posted bar code. Could not find it anywhere. Called the number posted no answer could not leave a message. Left the keys in the drop box.

Not only was the equipment I ordered not there, but I had to chase around town wasting my mileage to pick it up thru road closures using more than the 10 extra miles given to me for your mistake. I was charged for extra mileage.

This uhaul location is not good. It is located in a run down building. I was scheduled to pick up the uhaul at 11:00 and the employee was 50 minutes late showing up. The employee looked like she just rolled out of bed. The uhaul truck was dirty. It had trash inside and I saw a cockroach running around in it. The truck had no wiper fluid and the alignment was off so it always pulled to the left. Finally, there was two cracks in the windshield.

Maybe screen employees before hiring ??????? I can’t help with advice since I had to deal with so many people from different offices and they still couldn’t get a simple reservation right and cost me extra money ??

Manager indicated I picked dolly a different time if uhaul and charged me additional day on truck after I literally confirmed with uhaul I shouldn’t be charged .

Business was closed no one there to be helpful. If there wasn’t a uhaul truck parked there, I would have thought the business was abandoned

Owner had a problem with employee so no one was at the "store" to open it. . I had to wait almost 30 minutes after the guaranteed time of 10 am. I also had to go to another UHaul store to get the blankets, which was supposedly also guaranteed . The lady was nice and polite at the "store". The storefront was little unconventional, a hand detail car place/ bail bond/ UHaul store. There did not appear to be a cash register,or boxes,or packing material, or dollies that I could see on display like a typical store front. Just a little room with a desk and another room that had a bicycle in it..We conducted business over her cell phone. Like I said, a little unconventional. I was expecting a typical store front with displays etc.

When we arrived the staff gave us a slip and said the manager done the walk around before you got here. When I walked around the truck and called attention to areas that were not marked the lady checking us in said don't matter u have the insurance

The rental clerk need to be able to calculate the appropriate date of return. I rented the U-Haul on Saturday (July 7, 2018) and she told me that I had two days to return the vehicle to my designated location, She told me I had until Tuesday (July 10, 2018) by 9:00 am, I asked her if she meant Monday (July 9th), she confirmed with me again Tuesday (July 10th) by 9:00 am. When I returned the vehicle, I was charged for an extra day. I was not pleased with the additional fees that was charged to my card.

Nobody at location during posted business hours and scheduled pickup time. Called number for location which was not answered. Had to work through corporate number to finish checkout and have employee come hook up trailer. Hookup was quick and easy once employee arrived.

The representative at the location was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend her. The physical location was not inviting. The lights on the trailer assigned did not work. It was promptly traded out for a second trailer.

I need my deposit back, as I'm stranded here 2004 Youree Drive Shreveport Louisiana. The lady owner here told me she already mail my check, and also email me. False, as at the time I'm writing this note no email was receive from her and no indication that any check was mail my address on file.

unfriendly and not helpful, the tires had very little tread and I felt was unsafe considering the extreme heat and distance to drive. I was told to go to a U Haul service center to have them checked. I ended up calling U Haul service and someone came to my location and changed tires. They were very helpful but I should not have had to do that and the tires should have been inspected before. The person renting the unit did not care and said it was not her problem and there was nothing she could do. The rental process was poor and I will consider another company in the future. The place I returned to was very good

The building itself is tiny, uninviting, and not in the best part of town. But the women that helped us with the pick up, Jeanne, was extremely nice and made me feel very welcome. She answered all our questions with a smile.

The back of the truck was not water tight. Luckily, due to the way I packed certain things, nothing was damaged but boxes.
