you guys really need to improve on online reservation during the weekends. I reserved a haul vehicle on Sunday but i got a notice an hour before my pick up that my vehicle was changed and my location was changed also. This poor notice system is what needs to be worked on.

Person working at this location does not know what he is doing. Provided me at first with wrong truck and wrong contract, then gave me a new contract that was never signed by me and finally provided correct truck. I will use U-Haul again, just not this location.

Terrible company! I got charged 4 times more than the correct amount. The mileage and gas level DID NOT match the way it was dropped off. Second, I come to the location where my reservation was made and they say there's no way a reservation was made here, go to our other location. At the other location they say the same thing, even though I showed proof of online reservation. Finally they agreed but gave me a 15 ft van instead of a 27 ft truck that was requested. Never doing business with U-Haul, such a scam!

The owner was more worried about how my bill was so low and getting more personal information than any other trunk rental place I ever dealt with rather than renting me a truck the trunk was clean but the transmission slammed into every gear... mostly downshift I felt like it was going to break down the Key and the shifter did not line up it just was not a great experience although apparently I got a great deal because the rental lady let me know every 3 minutes ...

UHAUL cheated me twice. Unacceptable! I paid over $1800! My goodness isn't that enough. Why do you squeeze the last bit of blood out of me?? 1 you forced me to pay for extra gas. You wrote that it was 7/8 full. It was 13/16 full. 2. 0% on oil in truck. This is what notice on dashboard read. Why don't you properly maintain the truck?? I'm going on over 2600 mile trip. Oil should have been changed before I took truck. This affected my gas mileage also. So you cheated me a third time.

We were not happy that we had to travel so far to pick up the truck. I made the reservation for the Lynnwood pick up and it was confirmed it was available. Then I got a call from a lady who said I had to come to Everett to pick up the truck. The truck rear outside tire was low and when we arrived at our house to load the truck, the tire had gone flat. It took 2 hours for a repair person to come and repair the tire. Was expecting to pay $201 for the entire rental including insurance coverage. Ended up being $256.

Absolutely the last time I will use uhaul, ever! I got a confirmation email with information about my completed check in, all I had to do was go to the Edmonds location, use my phone and I would be ready to go. On my way to pick up I get a call from an Everett location telling me my van will be ready at 1pm...(two hours past my original confirmed pick up, with a surprising new location) I asked about the sudden location change, and I was told, nothing online is guaranteed, ever) Last, I was over charged 50 miles. Traveling from Edmonds community college and the local public storage is not 50 miles! I did end up paying extra milage for having to go to Everett. This was the last straw for me, no help, no compensation of any kind..never again!

The office was a shambles with debris on floor and stacks of paperwork on desk and counter. Part of office was used as a dog pen with boxes upended to restrict pets movements. In spite of the disarray, my contract and final invoice was emailed to me.

This location was very difficult to find. We ended up down the street at an alternative uhaul location on 4th in Everett and the lady there Sharyn or Sheryl was quite rude to me which was not what I needed after a long day of moving. I will not be using Uhaul next time because of her. We were able to figure out the directions finally and get to the correct location. This Mail Box Plus location needs better signage. We went right by it the first time which is why we ended up at the other location...

This location was disgusting, very dirty, horrible smell I left feeling very ill, bugs around a food dish on the floor, I would not use this location again!!!!

The vehicle was very operational however I found it to not be very clean and smelled horribly of cigarette smoke which wasn't pleassant.

This Uhaul rental facility was great! We were in and out so fast! Completely worry free through the whole process.
