I found a piece of black hair braid under the driver seat. Although it had said i will get charged 25 dollars if cleaning is required after my use.I hope to receive my full deposit refund.

They are thieves, they don't even return the deposit, it's very expensive. I would never recommend this company. I used the truck for 4 hours and they charged me 270. I left the truck with a full tank of a small truck, so I will never go back to that company.

Do nothing different. 3,000 miles in a fully loaded U-Haul and everything went perfectly. Comfortable seats, decent mileage and great handling. Keep doing exactly the same thing

The owner of the U-Haul was way too picky about having the exterior of the U-Haul cleaned and had me pressure wash the whole exterior of the vehicle. Otherwise she said that would be fine $100-$150 fee even though she said the cleaning fee when I checked out would be $25, it ruined my day since I had a very tight timeline to return everything and had more moving help that I needed to get to. She should've stuck to her $25 cleaning fee and not threatened to charge more that would've been ridiculous cleaning fee for spraying off some mud on the tires.

Even after submitting photos of the vans condition at pickup AND showing the attendant, we were charged a cleaning fee. I only carried dried goods and was not responsible for the dirt and mud. I recommend the other U-Haul dealers in the area.

The lady wasn't very nice when she came out to check the truck. My husband was standing next to my car and the lady asked if he wanted to sweep out the truck and save a $25 fee. We sweep out the truck and my husband even took his sweatshirt off and wiped down the walls that were dirty from someone else. My husband found a quarter by the driver side seat and said the inside wasn't clean.

According to you instruction, the location to return the truck was Mill Creek Shell. As I was looking for a space to park the 26-ft truck, I noticed one half of the truck would be in the traffic. The attendant at the Shell gas station could not tell me where a good place to park this vehicle would be at their location. This not was not helpful. I called U-Haul and was redirected to go to the 4th Ave location, which took me more time and gas. It would be helpful for future customers to have an adequate parking space considering the size of the truck at the designated return point.

I use to rent out uhauls so i have knowledge of the process.The fuel level was just above 1/4 tank, i asked the lady who rented us the van what the charge was these days if trucks were not returned with the amount it went out with. She said if it comes back below 1/4 tank there's a extra $30 charge, plus so much per gallon, I think she said 6+ dollars per gallon. I always take pictures of mileage and fuel level before, leaving the lot and when I bring it back. We put fuel in the truck, at a gas station maybe a 1/4 block from where we got the van. We returned it after closing so this morning I checked my email and saw that I got an email from uhaul re my charges. So opened it to have a look, she charged me $48 for fuel! I called uhaul and told them what she charged me and tha I had pictures, he asked me to email him the pictures, he emailed me back, that they would be refunding me the $48, thank you London! I will not be renting from this location again! So the moral of this story is, always take before and after pictures, of mileage and fuel, when renting any vehicle, could save you some money!

Been awhile since it was deep cleaned or washed. Windows dirty and bird poo all over windshield and exterior. But drove great and customer service was fast and courteous. Only drove it 6 miles a left it with more gas then it had when I got it.

I reserved the smallest truck and we I went to pickup the truck, the clerk told me that I reserved the Van and that is all she have. I clearly talk to here over the phone that I was looking for the truck. She tried to explain it to me that it is cheaper andbetter for me. I had no choice but to take the Van after calling multiple Uhaul dealers in the area.

Finish fixing the lobby. Change the plywood for glass. Maybe there was a break-in and it’s a temporary fix. The service was awesome!!! Very helpful and very detail oriented. Everything was taken care as it should be.

good evening I want to say that today I took a rental service with you and I feel cheated because I used one of your trucks and drove 90 miles for which they charged me 175 usd, it is an abuse since they told me that the mile traveled was 1 usd and apart from that I had to fill the car with gasoline

Check your vehicles more often before renting the trucks. Our truck supposedly was full of gas but when I got in, the tank was almost empty. The worker thought that the tank was probably siphoned off. After putting some gas in the car and heading home to load the truck, turned out that the fuel line was leaking or cut. All of the gas I had just put in the truck had leaked out. I had to fill up a little more just to make it back to the rental place to get a different truck. Not the greatest start to moving day.

First off it was great... we booked a 15' Truck , figure why not $29.95 + $1.39 a mile,, you see we needed to take some things to our storage unit... about 2 miles or a little less from our apartment to our storage unit ... So we went to the place and picked up the Truck.. about 2 miles from our apartment..our storage unit is just across the street ( convenient, yup so we paid $80.54 in advance filled out paperwork and the lady said the truck has a little over half a tank of gas and to bring it back the same... okay and off we went to our apartment ( 2 miles away ) loaded up the truck and drove to our storage unit ( 2 mile away and unloaded the stuff at our storage and back to our apartment ( 2 miles away ) then went to put gas ( 2 miles away ) and( the gas station was on the way to drop the truck off ) $10.00 and bang back to a little over half tank. Dropped the truck off and all is good,, the next day got a e-mail saying I owe $109.25 ....... WHAT,, WHAT,, WHAT. was all i could get out of my mouth,,, Now I am no rocket scientist but I do know how to add and subtract ... okay to break it down ,,, 2 miles from the UHaul place to my apartment,,, 2 miles from my apartment to my storage and 2 miles back to my apartment,, then 2 miles back to the gas station / Uhaul place okay thats 2 + 2 + 2 +2 = 8 miles ,, $1.39 a miles = $11.12 + $29.95 truck rental and + $14.00 for safe move and $1.00 for environmental fee = $56.07,, okay doing the math $80.54 deposit - $56.07 i figure i get back $24.47,, RIGHT... now you can imagine my surprise when I get a bill saying I owe $109.25 .... WHAT,,,WHAT,,,WHAT,,, I looked at the E-Mails of the contract and saw,, I was charged for 91 miles,,, What ,, What ,,What,, yup. ,,,, SO THE PLACE I PICKED UP THE TRUCK FROM IS CLOSED, THOUGHTS GOING THROUGH MY HEAD,,, now I am going in the morning to talk with the lady i got the truck from.....Stay tune tomorrow for another review telling you all what she says. The car was not ready to use. The car was at the other place near from the store. The place was the storage unit and no body was in the office and I can not get the car. But the original place lady helped me to use another car.
