The location was clean and inviting but the desk clerk was rude, unfriendly, unhelpful. They charged a $25 cleaning fee which was completely unwarranted. Apparently, Uhaul is known for this practice. Be sure to take photos before you return a truck. If I do a self-move again it most definitely WILL NOT be with a Uhaul truck.
