I arrived at the location exactly when my truck rental should have started, 10am. I saw the truck and followed the â€œcontactlessâ€ instructions via the website. I tried to get my key in the lock box in front of the location with the code that was given and it would not open. I contacted support and was given a different code. That one did not work. I was given a number to contact and that number lead to constant ringing. The location said they would be open at 10am according to the sign but it was not. This would not have been a problem if I had been able to get my key via the contactless method, but I could not. When they finally opened an hour later, after I tried to search around for a different truck and get my money back, they had the key in their possession the entire time. How is this contactless and why did I have to waste an hour of the time I paid for along with all the headaches of thinking I would not be able to get my truck for the day? Absolutely horrible system and service. I would never use U-Haul at this location again.Paulina S.

I called earlier in the day to confirm that the truck I needed was on site when making my online reservation. The person on the phone confirmed. I arrived at 10pm to pickup my equipment and the truck was not there. I had to sit on the phone and ended up getting a truck that was half the size because it was the only one available. The whole process took almost an hour and it was extremely frustrating.Aaron S.

1. Because U-Haul assigned this location to my request it cost me an additional $15.00 in mileage charges. Had I known it was not the Celebration location I would have looked elsewhere. 2. Wash the windshield! The windshield was covered in bugs.Lawrence R.

U-Haul App made after hours check out very cumbersome, it took 30 minutes to complete. It would be nice if after hours key drop off was located in a closer location. Hope the App can be fixed to load faster for a faster check out. Thank you!Eric L.

I usually would have ignore an email to rate a location but at least this one was very convenient for me having the opportunity to come over night and pick up a truck when you really need it to move out of your house is invaluable. It was 4:30 in the morning when me and my friend decided there was best to rent a truck and they had one perfect size, nothing better that go online take a few pictures and then go pick up the key for the truck, after a few hours I realize that the truck was rented for 6 hours only and I needed it for a whole day so I called back pass the time and the person in charge of the store his name was Dan he was super nice and allow me to continue the whole day rental for it. At the moment of return it was as easy as taking three pictures and living the truck key on the return key box. Not once I had to face a person or line so if that is not! convenient for you then I don't know what it is.Arcadio B.

The online process for after hours said all youd need was a credit card, drivers license and the online account. But once getting there to check it it required contants to have a back up number to verify the truck would come back. I understand that but I reserved the truck after hours so trying to make sure my contacts we not busy made it difficult. Then after having to retake the back of the licsene photo finally got the passcode for the box or so we thought. It indeed was not the passcode. It took almost 20 minutes for the 24-7 number to answer to which he said someone would contact me in two minutes. 30 minutes later after trying to 24-7 number a couple other times someone called me to tell me the code I had was not an option for either of the boxes. Signing in online and waiting for the proper code took 2 hours. I was trying to buy patio furniture from people down the road and couldn't pick up the one set at night because getting the keys after hours was a nightmare. When I went to turn the keys into the desk agent said its not the first time someone has gotten the wrong lock code but there was nothing that could be done about it. They couldn't knock anything off the price becaise they extended the hours of the truck rental. I wouldnt have needed the "extra hours" of truck rental if the lock code was correct and if the people Answered their phones. Its a shame. The extra hours of rental does me no good if its inconvenient for the people who need to use it aka me. Wont be recommending this location for truck rental.Kirstin S.
