Very disappointed that they did not have the dolly I ordered requiring me to go to another location. I did appreciate their flexabity with the pickup time. After I left, I got a phone call from u-haul about an extra charge for an additional day. This was upsetting as I was told that this would not occur. It all got sorted out, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
