I had reserved an end of day/after hours pickup with mobile check in. When I arrived and started the check in process, the app returned an error message saying that no equipment had been prepared. When I dialed the number provided for resolution, the hold time was very very long (my original reservation was only for 4 hours). Fortunately, an employee from the MailServ location happened to come outside while locking up and was able to assist me. While he was very helpful, the equipment should have been readied per the reservation.

Very disappointed that they did not have the dolly I ordered requiring me to go to another location. I did appreciate their flexabity with the pickup time. After I left, I got a phone call from u-haul about an extra charge for an additional day. This was upsetting as I was told that this would not occur. It all got sorted out, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
