I ordered a 17 inch ended up having to get a bigger one I was told that I was going to get money back for doing less miles an where I didn’t keep it the whole day never got money back when the person told me I was going to so ended up spending more than I needed to for something that wasn’t even my fault then spent more for keeping it overnight when I turned it in early an the people at the Georgetown one was extremely rude

This location was grossly understaffed -one woman was working 2 locations simultaneously - she was not the problem and did the best she could - but we had to go back and firth between 2 locations to get help to get our vehicle.
