I realize this location is new to Uhaul. I think the employees need to be trained a little more. They were a little unsure about process and kept telling me they "didn't have access to the numbers and charges". Other than that, good experience.

When I encountered an issue with the billing, I called the location I rented from. The girl on the phone claimed to be the owner, she was very rude. I won’t be going back to this store for any services. The gentleman I spoke with at U-Haul was friendly and helpful.
