RANDY A.12 foot closed trailer should have a stand for easy hitching. It was not user friendly especially when a customer has a compromised back and had to bend low and lift front of trailer.

Had to walk several blocks to pick up the truck from the opposite end of the strip mall. Reserved time with UHAUL was after location was closed however the associate stayed open to help us. Total process took 30 mins.

Jessie K.I do believe that I was over charged. I placed a 100 dollar deposit. When I returned the truck, I was several hours early compared to the time scheduled time to return the truck. It was returned with the same amount of gas when I picked it up. I didn't recieve nothing back.
HARRIS L.When we arrived to pick up the Uhaul there were 2 employees present. Both were not wearing a mask. Both proceeded to argue about who was going to put a mask on and help us. Finally, the gentleman helped us. He didn't go over any of the contract details. We were told to drop it off the next day. When we arrived no one was there on Sunday. They were closed. No one mentioned that to us. When I spoke to someone that called to remind me to drop off the truck they advised I would be billed after it was checked in. I wanted a Different card billed then what was used for reservation. She refused to help me, and continued to argue with me. This is a terrible pick up/ drop off location. Thanks, Heather

ROBERT H.This was one of the worst consumer experiences I've ever had. Disorganized/flustered staff, price different than quoted online, inconvenient pick-up/drop-off location (there's a UHaul business down the street from me, but I was told the day before my pick-up that I had to go to another town). Truck was not ready when we got there at appointed time, so we had to wait for 2 hours, which delayed our move. The store employee was very apologetic, said she was having computer difficulties, so we gave her the benefit of the doubt, but it certainly made an already stressful/busy day even more stressful.
Julia D.We rented the haul truck and had not one but two blow outs! My husband David is a trucker and could not believe how.poorly it was maintained. Then the place had the nerve to call is and ask why we were late and was going to charge us for another day. If anything we should have.gotten a discount for the 9 hours we sat and waited tires to be changed.
Crable D.the location itself and the guy who helped me were great. My only complaint is that it was hard to obtain a reservation close to where my relative lived to pick it up. At first I was going to have to drive an hour oneway to pick it up. When I later called, they had found a trailer closer. But on the way back with the trailer we drove by 2 places that had at least 6-7 trailers in their lot, one of which was only five minutes from the house. I find it hard to believe that these all showed up overnight. I could be wrong, but that was disappointing to discover.

Robert S.Booked for iowa pick up. Was called and told that i would have to go to illinios to get trailer. It was too late to make other arrangements and i didnt have any other options. Wrong ball size for trailer. Told i had to pay for 3 day and then when i dropped it off told that it wasnt due till tomorrow. I feel i should have been charged less due to sub par service. No assistance with back up at either location.
