ronald EDrop off location was in a small town in Kansas. I fully realize it will not, and does not have the amenities found in a larger city. Again used my phone for dropping off, and everything went smoothly.

Scott PWould have been nice if someone was there. Their uhaul hours are a joke. You have to schedule an appointment with them to drop off anything. Luckily there was a 24 hour drop off box and was able to handle it from my phone.
Joseph FI thought that the application process for renting a trailer and paying for it immediately by credit card was too long. Personnel were awesome.

David WTravel to pick up the trailer went from 20 minutes from where I was originally going to over an hour. Luckily I was able to pickup the trailer early otherwise this would have created some problems that were not going to be easy to resolve.
Robert HWorst equipment I have ever rented. The trailer was crap and should have been taken out of service already. It is beat up and pulls hard. on top and f that had to drive 35 miles out of my way to get it when there are 3 U-Haul dealers in the town I live. Will think twice before I rent from U-Haul again.

John SOnline reservations should not automatically come first. I reserved in person and the trailer I wanted ended up going to an online reservation that was made 30 minutes after I reserved it in person. The people at the location were very willing to help me and did everything they could but due to corporate mess up I ended up with a trailer smaller than I had originally intended.
