Victoria C#1. i scheduled a week before to have a truck at my location. also had pre-ordered products to be with the truck, did not happen. i had to go 30 mins away to get another truck, since my pre order was not there! none of my requirements (appliance dolly/hand truck) were met for what i ordered! i will not be using uhaul again i will find another company to travel with. if i or whom ever get online and reserve parts/truck. make it happen! terrible service!
anthony tOur rental was on Saturday and they are not open. We used the app and phone service was terrible. It took over an hour to get through the check out procedure! We even called the phone number on the location for assistance but just got an answering machine. We tried to switch locations but could not find our size available close by. Maybe it will be better when the location is open to check out equipment, but not recommended on weekend check out.
Diana WThe staff at Main Street Auto are amazing and easy to work with I strongly recommend them if you are planning a move and you need a U-Haul they will make your rental process a breeze.
Leslie WMake sure to double check the lock code before giving it to someone on a weekend when no one‘s there. I was given the wrong code and had to spend my time on the phone trying to get a different code instead of driving to my location like I was supposed to. Also, the truck was dirty and had dog food in it on the floor.
Rebecca Cit would be nice if the attendant would hook up the dolly and inspect it and not say," its at the other lot down the street, heres the number , just take it. im off the clock now. " then upon return ,they say," take it to the house across the alley and leave it in the space next to the alley" every where else hooks it up , inspects the lights,photos, and puts it back when done.
Gary SOffice is hard to find. There is no clear signage that helps locate the building.
Cody WI was really happy that they went down about two blocks to pick up the truck for me so I did not have to walk clear back over there for it using my walker. Was so glad they did that because it saved me time and my energy. Nothing could have been better as I had very good service.

CHUCK Dmy contract for gas was 5/16th of a tank. the operator charged me 78 $ for gas. i willfind out why.
CHUCK DThere was not a truck in the size I needed at a closer location. My drop off was not the closest to my destination. Both of these resulted in extra mileage and fees.

Mitchell LThere is NO U-HAUL SIGNAGE ANYWHERE NEAR OR ON THE PROPERTY . The girl told me I could leave I didn’t need to be there to sign out THEN CHARGED ME 30+Dollars for gas after I left. IT IS A TIRE SHOP THEY HAVE NO GAS PUMPS…ODD SPACE

BRIAN BNo place to park vehicles. Lot was completely full of old cars and car parts; looked like a junk yard. Staff wasn't available, waited a significant amount of time before anyone came to let us know where to leave the vehicles. Then the guy who helped us get the trailer off of the hitch was rude and very unwelcoming. uHaul can pick some winners...NOT!
Brent DIt was easy to return my equipment while they were closed. I was in and out with no issues.
Daniel MI give give stars not because of the excellent service but rather the amount I was charged. I was charged$20.00 for after hours return even though we only had the truck for 4 hours and was told they would forgive the miles because they didn't have the 15ft truck we needed. It seems $111.00 was a bit high for using a truck for 4 hours. I would still use this location again.
