Thomas WOur rental was scheduled for pickup at noon. We arrived at 12:30pm. We had trouble using the 24/7 haul share app. But someone noticed and called immediately and directed us where to go. The representative that helped us was very friendly and helpful. Due to changes of plans that were not known to us we no longer needed use of the U haul. Within an hours time we returned U haul to same location thinking we were stuck with a $200 bill. The representative was sympathetic, acted promptly and got our bill cut to $35. What a blessing! I would highly recommend this place

Roy RNobody was there to receive the truck. Drop box was not easy to find. Person texted me with box location I had to drive back to drop off key. Someone from uhaul called me asking why the truck was not delivered I had to explain the whole situation.

Alyssa DObviously trailer was not inspected. 1 tire had separated and a chunk missing out of it. On top of that either a wheel bearing was bad or something in the axles was messed up, couldn't go speed limit because the trailer was fish trailing all over. Wasted almost 4 hours stuck sitting at a gas station to get repaired and wasn't able to make it to our destination on time had to rent a hotel for the night
