Latoya was BEYOND phenomenal!! I loved every second of my call with her. The Uhaul services were down this morning but she was such a breath of fresh air to a stressful morning for us. Give her a raise! She was so calm the entire time and extremely professional. I hope I get her again in the future if I ever have to contact the support line for assistance. Tammy was wonderful as well and Angela was so fast! These ladies are all super stars and make uhaul the wonderful company that it is. They are KEY assets and should be retained.
