I phoned this location the night before to ask about drop-off and the employee said he knew nothing about U-Haul. It appears that this location is a convenience store that doubles up as a U-Haul location. That is fine, but frustrating that the employee was unwilling/unable to answer our questions. I dropped the truck and trailer off early the next morning. I had lots of space to park the truck and the trailer. The lockbox was visible and accessible. I used the app to check in the truck and the trailer. The app provided a very convenient means for returning the vehicle.

The customer service at the location was friendly. However, the van was filthy. There was garbage on the floor of the cab. The back was dirty with sawdust or something similar on the ground. I needed to lay my own blankets down to protect my furniture. And it smelled like I was inside of a dirty sock that had not been washed after wearing it 1000 times. And in fact, there was actually a dirty sock left on the floor.
