U-Haul was nice and clean. Ran great. However, when picking it up I was given the wrong key to a different U-Haul. Did not notice this until a little ways down the road. Had to turn back to get correct key and U-Haul.Matthew B.

Have more equipment available....It is nearly impossible to reserve or even find the unit needed.locally..I had to add 40 miles to my expense and rent a truck when only a trailer was needed...William D.

Was small, the older guy at the desk had trouble getting the registration completed. So we were there longer than we had hoped the truck we got was fine. Had a check engine light on those shortly end of the trip. But got your destinations no problem. The regional supervisor, Jeff, helped us out, and he was great!Jeffrey T R.

We were very upset we had to move with a giant truck when we rented a 15' one. It was nearly impossible to drive to our location because it was so windy and mountainous. At the end of the day a 15' truck should've been secured for us as promised when booked.Hunter K.

The online check in protocol is absolutely ridiculous. Why do you gave to call two contacts before releasing the truck? You already have my license and credit card info. If you are going to require that then you should verify well before the pick up date- it's a total waste of time.michael M.

uHaul screwed up massively by confirming my reservation for 7:00a via email and then the van was not available until 8:30. Also you charged the WRONG CREDIT CARD. You should have charged the card used to book the reservation. I blame uHaul Corporate for their horrible customer service, just absolutely awful. Utter lack of regard for people who are paying a lot of hard earned money to move themselves. Working class people. This is truly shameful.Darius L.

I had a terrible time with the app. My location was changed without my knowledge. I had to call to get the new location text to me. It didnt already have the appliance dolly wasn't in it. I had to inquire. I dropped it off at 530pm same day. Couldnt figure out how to sign it back in or whatever on the app. It was terrible. The full payment wasn't taken off my card so I now need to call collections.The only saving grace was it was clean and safe to transport my belonging.Angela F.

The location states it opened at 8am. I arrived at 8am as that is when my reservation was for (8am-2pm). No one was there and the door was locked. I called the location and then a man came to the door 20 minutes later. It took about 30 minutes to receive my moving truck. Even though I had already reserved the truck online. When Roger walked us out to the truck he opened the back and it was filthy. Still trash inside!! I couldn't believe it. However, I was desperate to get out as I needed to move today. Still was charged with a picking my truck up at 8:00am even though I didn't receive my keys until 9:00am. After my mom I tried to drop off my truck through the online option. Yet I wasn't able to as the app said the milage didn't match the milage on the truck assigned to me. So clearly the truck I rented was not the truck I received. This is really no way to do business. The next time I need to move I'll gladly go somewhere else. This place isn't worth the time or the headache. More like a complete waste of money.Shelby K.

Roger was friendly and processed the paperwork quickly. The van was ready and parked out front. He adjusted the invoice to reflect the accurate mileage after the rental. I've used Uhaul in Peabody, Cambridge, Somerville and in many locations in NH, this was the best experience so far.Joanne R.

Called U-Haul to ask for an additional hour for drop off because I work until 5 o'clock. Lady on the phone told me it was fine as long I had it back before six. I was never told there was an additional charge for getting the truck back 36 minutes past 5? Very misleading information and fees were kept hidden from me. I've placed a complaint about 5 days ago and have still heard nothing. Will not use U-Haul again in the future.Cody T.
