Be more interactive and responsive. Have better signage.
STELLA MHave the owners show up on time. They were twenty minutes late. The Van just arrived at 8 AM from previous day before. Was not cleaned nor refueled. Are very slow with the computer making a few customers wait in line behind me.
WAYNE CI ordered 15’ truck for 8 AM for Nov 29, 2025 and it was guaranteed by U-Haul. Once I reached, the store was not open until 8:30 AM, and told me that they didn’t had my reservation in their system. But I had my reservation from U-Haul sent to my mail with me. I tried to contact the customer service and was informed that the store cancelled my reservation without informing me. I had to spend 2 hours waiting there to get a truck. It was a very poor customer service and bad experience overall. Never going to use U-Haul service again. What’s the point of reserving the truck if you can’t get it on time and then give false advertisement to the customer?
Edison JThe truck I reserved a week in advance was not available when I went to pick it up 2hrs after my original pick up time. Got a smaller truck which I paid more money for. Another than that everything else was good.
LATOYA CWorst experience in my life. From start to end......I requested manager to call me back as all process was almost screwed our plan, but no one called and the rep was literally ignored my word and cut off of it. U-haul....no idea how you became a big company.....worse than small business
YOUNG JThe location was excellent, near by our rural neighbourhood. And the folks behind the counter were friendly and helpful. But my experience with U-HAUL was not. I needed to pick up and deliver a hot tub almost six feet wide. I double and triple checked the specifications of the truck I was renting. 9'11" x 6'3" x 6'1" should have fit with inches to spare. *BUT* the specs from U-HAUL do not indicate that the entrance to the cargo space is several inches less than 6 feet. The hot tub would not fit. There was a trailer available I rented for $50. So I hauled the laden trailer with an empty 10 ft truck. Before I could return the truck I needed to return the trailer. That created an additional 35 kilometers. Call it an additional cost of $85. Beyond that, my schedule for a critical day was thrown awry by several hours. I understand that failure to disclose the dimensions of the door is an understandable omission. I have every confidence you’ll include it. I also wanted to share with you the cost to me.
