This was the most unpleasant experience we've ever had returning U Haul equipment. This is a small strip center with no signage for U Haul. The parking lot is a tight fit for a 15 foot truck. The U Haul truck parking spaces are not reserved or labeled. The lock box is not clearly identified. If U Haul continues to use this unstaffed location, it should reserve appropriate parking spaces for its trucks and give its customers clear directions for (a) where to park the truck and (b) where to drop off the keys.
