Enforce a no smoking policy. When we got the truck it wreaked of cigarettes. The people who run this location tried to get rid of the smell but it lingered the whole trip.

The 15’ van we rented was not in great condition. The turbo sounded like it was going to blow up on the highway, the steering was very loose, the alignment was off, and the wiper motor was ticking. The inside of the truck was still dirty from the previous use as well.

We picked up the truck with 1/4 tank of gas and filled it up and returned it with3/4 tank of gas. Would like to receive some $ refunded for the difference.

Have actual people, employees who can meet customers for the checkout and check in of equipment. There was no one there to check the equipment out to me until almost 2 hours after pick up reserved time and no one checked in the equipment when I returned the trailer even tho I called uhaul customer service the same day to inform them the trailer was returned on time but no one was on site to receive the trailer. This resulted in the facility charging me for 11 days totaling $519.69. I only rented the trailer for one day $47.25, should have been the only charge. I will never use uhaul again. Trying to report these ridiculous overcharges was a horrible experience. I was on hold for over 2 hours on the phone and then was going up on a no one ever came to the line to assist me, then i was on hold again for another 2 hours. Then I had to wait over 5 days to get my money refunded back to my card. Worst customer service experience in my entire life.

I dropped off truck on a weekend so this facility was closed. I recieved the initail contract from dealer on a Friday showing partial charges. I have yet to recieve a closing statement showing me the closed transaction with additional chares. I have two seperate charges on my credit card. the second and last charge I have no indication of what it is for on paper or emailed to me.

I reserved well in advanced. They did not have the keys, dolly or all of tge pads. Took over 4 hours to get everything which delayed me greatly..

This location had no one who was working the uhaul part of things. My reservation was not in the system, when the girl finally showed up both times it was a mess. The owner was rude and slammed the keys down on the counter. Will not be using this pick up location ever ever ever again!!!!!

Did a Sunday pickup, first of all no instructions were left prior to pick up so I called customer service. After I received instructions on the lock box combination, they had left the wrong keys for my box. Spoke to customer service again got the right keys and the truck was in terrible shape.

Explain to customer the process of renting vehicle. Was given a price and paid more due to us not knowing we had to do a walk through. Had to put gas after we rented when it said we were going to get 90+ miles n then got charged another $65 for -1/4 of a tank for not having the gas at where it said it was. When the light was already on when we got the vehicle.

Need to give customer your attention. Having your newborn in the office while helping customer causes you to not hear what customer is saying. Would not recommend this location if there was an alternative in this town. Have had other issues in the past regarding amount of fuel in trucks when returned.

When we went in we were ignored. We had to walk ask for help on where we were picking up the usual to be told here. We were offered help if we needed it, when I went back to get help they were gone. The tongue of the trailer was in the ground. We called the phone number listed on the site multiple times, no call backs. We tried the number to the actual store, no one picked up. I left a voice mail and 5 days later no one has yet to call me back.

No one there to help us. Lady tried to charge for 20’ but give me a 15’. No materials in back as ordered but charged me for them. No instructions sent. I had to call Uhaul to get truck. Lady at Maldonado’s called and texted me next day and accused me stealing her truck. She said I shouldn’t have it. This was the worst experience ever. Using PENSKE might be better.

The guy the hooked the trailer up couldn’t get off his cell phone. The chains and wires were dragging the ground. Had to stop and get someone else to tie the chains and wires up!!!!

Trailers are very heavy to lift by yourself. I rented a 5x12 Need a Jack placed on these units if we are required to lift by ourselves

Customer service horrible! The person at the desk was not very friendly first of all. When I went out to hook up the trailer, all of the trailers were sitting in tall grass with the trailer couplers on the ground. Nobody came out to help me, I was by myself. I attempted to pick up the coupler but wasn’t able to lift it high enough myself. The mechanic, Pete, was just sitting in the garage doing nothing. I went back in and asked the unfriendly receptionist if someone can help me and she said go ask someone outside. I said who and she said his name is Pete. I walked out to the garage and asked the guy if his name was Pete. He said “yeah”. I asked if he could help me hook up the trailer. He rolled his eyes, shook his head and grudgingly got up to help. When I returned the trailer the next day, it was 5 minutes before closing. I was struggling to get it unhitched (myself) while Pete and the others watched. Next thing I knew, everyone was driving off except for one old man who works there. He was the only helpful person there. He unlocked the door, got a floor jack and we got it uncoupled. Everyone else didn’t care a bit and drove off even though they saw my struggle with the trailer. I will never use this place again.

The people at this location were very easy to work with. But the computer process was to long it took over an hour to get the trailer I needed to use. My daughter and granddaughter were stuck on the said of the road for over two hours before I could get to them and pick up her car. This was the only part that up set me I was afraid for my family safety.
