This place is a joke. We had to wait almost 2 hours past our reservation time to pick up truck. The truck finally showed up towing seadoos back from the river. And now we are being charged for extra mileage when this place was using it to go to river before we picked up. No pictures were taken of truck or mileage or fuel level by staff we had to take pictures of everything and good thing we did so we can dispute the extra charges. I have used U-Haul for every move from local to across the country and this location is by far the worst location associated with U-Haul. I think U-Haul should pull this location. Staff was horrible no help at all. all we were told is we have no idea where the truck is and no idea when it will be back. Once it returned all they did was take a copy of my id and card and gave me the keys. Worst U-Haul rental place ever. Never use again. Would give zero stars if that was an option.
