The right side mirror would not stay in place regardless if how tight the screw was tightened. The truck was extremely rough riding, the soft ride logo was complete bullshit.

I also was unsure how to drop the truck off. I read the sign on the door of the place I dropped it at and it said to put the keys in the box. Thankfully the person with me said the box had further instructions on how to drop off. I sure hope I ended up doing it correctly! I had already locked the doors so I could not open them to get some of the photos. I was lucky because I had taken a photo of the mileage and fuel levels prior to locking the doors.

Only issue is the price. Used it from Woodward to Mooreland, 2 trips, brought it back filled up. $200 + felt kinda high in my opinion. Didn’t have dollys I ordered in the truck so I had to make an extra trip to the facility to pick them up.

The woman who was working was way more concerned about a phone customer who called after I presented myself with the trailer to return. The phone callers seem to be concerned about finding an Uber and the U-Haul personnel was more than happy to try to help her as opposed to helping me. She needs to check her priorities
