Not at all happy with this location. I'm 75 years old and got no assistance hooking up the trailer to my vehicle. I had to lift the trailer by myself to set it on my hitch ball while my wife backed our vehicle up. The girl working there didn't even come out to check that the hookup was correct. She did come out when we told her that the lights were not working properly she called someone and they told her that U- Haul would pay for any tickets we might receive. Your service guy came to our house and replaced some faulty wiring. This was the second location we be when to to get a trailer. At the first location we got hooked up to a trailer and then found a lock on the back of the trailer. We unhooked and backed up to another trailer and found damage where the one fender was bent and pushed into the tire. Want to improve? Have your people check to make sure the trailers are ready for pickup.

There was no help in the parking lot to put my trailer on the hitch. Minimal interaction with the employee inside who added safe tow insurance to my order - charging me an extra $16. While it's a convenient location for me, I won't go there again.
PETER BAfter business hours, so no personnel involved. Drove by location, questioned if it was actually the place because of minimal signage and only one trailer on site. But retuning, realized it was the company and legitimate U haul franchise. Left trailer and voicemail. Got charged after hours drop off fee, so I guess all good.
