GUY BDrop off had a bit of a hiccup to me apparently being at the wrong drop off location. My reservation email listed this address as my drop off location, but apparently it was supposed to be dropped off down in Austin. Not sure why U-Haul creates the inconvenience of having to return equipment so far out of their customers way, but I should be able to choose where I drop off the equipment so it is convenient for me, the customer.

NAOMI RIt was not this location but the previous location and the original location I booked did not have the equipment attached to my reservation causing it to be a BIG INCONVENIENCE for me and my movers causing delays in my move and delays in my movers returning to there next job on time…I’m not sure where they went wrong at but I had to go to the m&m location because i would have had to wait a whole hour to pick up the rental after already having a reservation set for 8.so I was delayed by a whole hour
