We couldn’t figure out the app. We were told to not click on pickup my truck until we arrived at the location. Took us 45 minutes plus calling U-Haul representative for help. App is not user friendly at all. Plus we had very spotty wi-fi. Just a disaster

WILLIAM LI have no complaints about the location, but I was very disappointed with the U-Haul company customer expreience. The app did not work, even though I had data and location on, and it glitched repeatedly in the return process. Then, despite chatting with two different U-Haul reps about the problem (which I saved and provide as documentation), they still failed to mark my equipment as returned. After two weeks, they sent me a bill for a two-week rental instead of a two-day rental. Christy at M&M Motors was very helpful with fixing the problem on their end and contacting the U-Haul rep, but it still took U-Haul three weeks to issue my refund for the overcharge. This has soured my experience with U-Haul, and I don't know if I could recommend U-Haul to someone again.

William LI had a reservation at randy transmission in prattsville ny when i went there he was closed . I later found out that basically he's basically out of business
Peter POriginal pick up location was not operating, hour drive to stamford at my expense to pick up a much larger uhaul.

Brian DThe guy who I got the uhaul from was great, however, the lady from uhaul who dispatched my uhaul wasn’t. Apparently, it was never finished and I drove off as if I never showed up. My concerns were insurance to myself and my property as I drove 100+ miles with unfinished documents.
Zachary KI ordered a size 20 foot uhaul, picked up 15 ft and had to drive 45 miles to pick it up.good service at pick up. But very unhappy about the whole experience. I now have take another trip to finish moving.. this is a huge expense to me and very inconvenient. This whole situation is very unfair and I feel very cheated.
TROY SI received a furniture dolly instead of the hand truck I ordered. I requested 2 dozen furniture pads but only got 1 dozen. They failed to update the contract so I was charged for 2 dozen when I turned in the truck. Cost me $64.
