The truck was left with 1 mile of fuel in the tank. The location did not fill it up, nor did they have any gas can on hand to help ensure it would it make it to a gas station. The cab of the truck smelled like cigarettes and the back was covered in landscaping rock.

My only complaint is that my pickup was supposed to be a Bailey’s in Fordyce. We found out 2 days earlier they we would have to drive to Camden to pick up the UHaul. My dad is 86, and had to follow me from Camden to Fordyce as I drove the UHaul.

Dont book your pick ups all over the county at the same time. Have customer service reps that look at your whole order not just the parts and pieces. Your phone service people are rude and down right frustrating to deal with.

The trailer I rented had been retrofitted with strips of wood instead of the nice wooden ones that are made so you can put ratchet straps on them. The small strips of wood were basically useless unless you were using small twine.

No one available so I had to drop the trailer off and use the online uhaul app for the drop off. I took pictures and attached to the app and tried to submit but the app crashed. I don’t know if you received the pictures or not. Let me know if you did not.

Two things needed change on trailers, jack for lifting unhitching trailer in loaded/empty condition. The 6 X12 trailer was difficult to unhitch for older person. Use the screw down trailer tongues for a better tight fit when hitching to tow vehicles. The clamp style was jerking all the way during my travels and no way to tighten.
