The windshield was filthy, both on the outside and inside. When I picked up the truck there was trash in the front, including a white cloth rag. Two pieces of the dashboard were on the floor and the location owner, Mike, had to re-attach them, but did not insure that the AC/heater vents were working. Consequently, the AC only worked sporadically; luckily it is fall and not 100+ degrees outside. Lastly, the radio did not work at all. Overall, this location did not meet my expectation in any way.
KENNETH CI was unaware that there was no attendant at this location. I had to call in and use the app in order to retrieve my key to my rental. The app works horribly and the check in process was incomplete due to the app stating it was not able to upload any of the required photos I took to check in. Upon return, it was the same story. Thankfully I had the hindsight to take pictures on my phone as backup. Yesterday, I received my updated invoice that showed I used a full tank of gas to drive 23 miles and was being charged almost $200. Um, no! I immediately reached out to get this error corrected and a dispute was placed. I will not be paying this fee and am expecting a refund. Very hesitant to rent from this location again, especially if this will be an issue moving forward.
